The very specific way of creating and realising exchange value required key partners in post and packaging, logistics, e.commerce platforms, and so on, but as internet  technology developed Amazon were able to do much more than pile it high and sell it cheap, but you could have a go at creating a Business Model for the ‘new’ Amazon, using the BMC.
