Lovely secluded farmhouse on Sissinghurst estate with peaceful surroundings. Recently renovated to a National Trust high standard. Cleanliness is obviously paramount. A feeling of luxury throughout. Stayed in Maplehurst a luxurious corner room with fantastic views. This mixed with the warm friendly and unintrusive staff throughout our stay made it really special. In the morning a very well executed breakfast was cooked to request, my wife enjoyed a lovey scrambled egg which is hard to find anywhere in the world. Coffee and toast were on tap. Loved the homemade marmalade and jam. Had a nice chance to walk the breakfast off with an enjoyable walk round the estate.
